DELIVERY INFORMATION

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges & delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard delivery: 6-12 business days.
DHL Express delivery: 5-9 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, including house/apartment number, street, city, state, and postal code.

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses: If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect, the package may be returned to us or destroyed by the carrier.

  • Return to sender: In cases where the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

  • Destroyed parcels: Some carriers (e.g., USPS for international shipments) do not return undeliverable parcels. In these cases, the order and shipping costs cannot be refunded, as the items are not recoverable.

  • Customer responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted at checkout.
